How a software project runs — start to finish.
Most failed software projects fail in the first week, because nobody wrote down what it was supposed to do. We start there.
Eight steps
- We sit with you and watch how the work is done today — who does what, on paper, in Excel, or in the old software.
- We write down exactly what the software must do, in plain language, and you sign it off. Nothing is built from a verbal list.
- We show you the screen designs before a line of code is written, so changes cost nothing at this stage.
- We build it in stages and show you working parts along the way — you are never waiting months to see something.
- Your own staff test it with real data, and we fix what they find.
- We install it, move your existing data in, and run the old and new systems together until you are confident.
- We train every person who will use it, and leave written instructions in simple language.
- We support it after handover — free during the warranty period, then under an AMC if you want one.

Software questions.
Will the software work without internet?
Desktop and counter software runs on your own computers and keeps working when the internet is down. Anything that has to sync between branches needs a connection, and we design it so the counter never stops — it catches up when the line comes back.
We already have software we are unhappy with. Can you replace it?
Usually yes, and moving your existing data across is part of the job. Tell us what it is and what it gets wrong. If the honest answer is that repairing your current system costs less than replacing it, we will tell you that instead.
Who owns the software you build for us?
That is agreed in writing before any work begins. Some clients take full ownership of the source code; others prefer a lower cost with us holding and maintaining it. We explain both, you choose, and whatever you choose goes into the agreement — not into a conversation you have to remember two years later.
How long does it take?
A single-counter billing system is a matter of weeks. A full institution management system is months. We can only give you a real date after step two — once what it must do is written down — and we would rather give you a date we can keep than one that sounds good today.
What happens if we need changes later?
Small changes and bug fixes are covered by a software AMC. Larger new features are quoted separately, so you are never paying a monthly fee for work nobody is doing.
Can you publish our app on the Play Store?
Yes. We handle the build, the store listing and the submission. The developer account is registered in your business name, so the app belongs to you.
